Yes, this includes any and all activities. But keep in mind that while playing sports or working out, your excess sweat will increase the cycle of absorption. If your patch starts slipping off while you're working out, don't be alarmed. This is completely natural!

While our patches are not 100% waterproof, they ARE water resistant. Light water play, or showers will not have any adverse effects on your wear of the patches.

Our patches are designed for maximum absorption in 4-8 hours.

Some people may respond quicker than others due to their individual metabolic rates. Wear you patch for at least 8 hours to ensure full absorption.

Wear your patches on any place on your body that has little or no hair. We recommend the lower abdomen or pubic bone, lower back, rear shoulder, top of the hand, inside of the bicep, underside of the wrist, or the top of your foot. Please keep in mind to rotate the placement of the patch on your body every day.
